Cardio barre express
Express Cardio Barre fuses high-intensity movements with strength training together with barre, with a focus on building your core strength and stability. Classes are short but will push you.
Piyo
a blend of Pilates and Yoga, This workout is low impact that strengthens and sculpts the body with Pilates and enhances flexibility with Yoga.
Cardio Strength circuit
A mix of cardio, weights, body weight exercises, TRX and core in a circuit style format.
TRX
The TRX System, also known as Total Resistance Exercise is a form of suspension training using body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Use of dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, stability balls and medicine balls will also be blended in with interval training. Get ready to light it up!
Cycle
Get your sweat on with the bike. Your instructor will guide you through various workout phases including a warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs and cool-downs. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose.
