all members and nonmembers must sign up in advance for all fitness classes.
PLEASE NOTE: our class sizes are very limited and we require a minimum 8-hour notice of class cancellation in order for us to accommodate those who are on the wait list for class. You can do this very easily right in your member portal by clicking the option to cancel your booking. For members, a $5 late cancel/no show fee WILL be charged to your account for each unattended class that you have registered for. For nonmembers, the class fee is non-refundable.
What you can expect during our fitness classes
Mask Guideline Update starting September 20, 2021
New city of greenfield guidelines require that Masks are to be worn at all times when in the gym including during your workout and class time.
As soon as this mandate is lifted, we will return to our previous mask guidelines or whatever is ordered by the state of massachusetts, the city of greenfield and the cdc. we will continue to follow all state, city and cdc guidelines.
Please wash your hands before heading into the studio.
participants are required to wipe down and clean all equipment that he/she has used during class with cleaning supplies that common ground has provided which are cdc approved.
