fitness classes will begin being offered on monday, september 25th starting with a limited schedule.

all members and nonmembers must sign up in advance for all fitness classes.

PLEASE NOTE: our class sizes are very limited and we require a minimum 8-hour notice of class cancellation in order for us to accommodate those who are on the wait list for class. You can do this very easily right in your member portal by clicking the option to cancel your booking. For members, a $5 late cancel/no show fee WILL be charged to your account for each unattended class that you have registered for. For nonmembers, the class fee is non-refundable.
