all members and nonmembers must sign up in advance for all fitness classes and open gym sessions.
​
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our class sizes are very limited and we require a minimum 8-hour notice of class cancellation in order for us to accommodate those who are on the wait list for class. You can do this very easily right in your member portal by clicking the option to cancel your booking. For members, a $5 late cancel/no show fee WILL be charged to your account for each unattended class that you have registered for. For nonmembers, a $10 late cancel/no show fee WILL be charged to your account for each unattended class that you have registered for.

What you can expect during our fitness classes

Mask Guideline Update starting December 13, 2020
New Governor mandates require that Masks are to be worn at all times when in the gym including during your workout and class time.
​
As soon as this mandate is lifted, we will return to our previous mask guidelines or whatever is ordered by the state of massachusetts and the cdc. we will continue to follow all state and cdc guidelines.
​
Please wash your hands before heading into the studio.
​
Stations will be set up in advance at the appropriate distance as outlined by the cdc guidelines and assigned by the instructor.
​
participants are required to wipe down and clean all equipment that he/she has used during class with cleaning supplies that common ground has provided which are cdc approved.
