Common Ground Fitness Center is the only local gym in Greenfield to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
There are a couple more steps to complete in order to officially activate your membership so that you can get started.
Step 1- text Nadya beaudoin at 413-537-5996 or jamie roberts at 413-522-2144 stating your full name and that you just signed up for membership at Common Ground Fitness Center.
Step 2- We will enter your information into our openpath remote access system and send you an activation email using the email address that you provided when you signed up for membership.
Step 3- follow the instructions in that email, downloading the openpath app in order to activate your access into the facility. use the openpath app on your phone to gain access.
please note: you must have your bluetooth on your phone turned on in order for the system to respond.
if you do not have a smartphone, please indicate that in your text to us, and we will issue you a keycard within 24 hours.
please also note that we will process your request as quickly as possible, but please be aware that it could take up to 24 hours for your openpath remote access to be activated.
once your openpath app is downloaded and activated, you can then enter the building through the red door by waving your phone with the openpath app open in front of the black access panel next to the door. please make sure that the door is secure behind you.
Once you enter the front lobby, you will go straight to the next door and wave your phone with the openpath app open in front of the black access panel next to the door. please close the door behind you.
to the right will be the restrooms. please wash your hands before starting your workout session. then, take a left, and you will enter the main fitness room.
enjoy your workout!
you will exit out the door of the main fitness area. please make sure that both entrance and exit doors are locked behind you.
For the time being, due to state guidelines and restrictions, all open gym session will need to be booked in advanced and are limited to 6 bookings per 90 minute session. To book your sessions, please log in to your member portal either on your desktop computer. Click "Booking" and choose "Book a Class" . You can also book Open Gym sessions through our mobile app. Download the app "GymMaster Member". After logging into your account, in the menu, click "Bookings", then click the + sign at the bottom right of your screen. Click Book Classes. Choose Open Gym and select which sessions you would like to book. You may book sessions up to 5 days in advance.
