There is one more step to complete in order to officially activate your membership so that you can get started...

​Download the GymMaster Member app onto your smartphone. This app will allow you to gain access into the gym through your phone and book classes.

Please note: you must have your bluetooth on your phone turned on in order for the system to respond.

​If you do not have a smartphone, please call or text us at 413-775-9944, and we will issue you a key fob within 24 hours.

To access the gym, please follow these instructions:

1. Open the GymMaster App.

2. Go to the Home page (if not already there when you open the app)

3. Click "Check In"

4. When you see that you have been checked in, then the door is unlocked and you may enter.

5. Please make sure that the door is secure behind you when you enter and when you leave.

To book classes through the GymMaster app, you can do this by clicking on the menu and either selecting "Schedule" or "Classes". Select the class that you wish to take, then click "Book Now" and on the next page, click "Confirm Booking". You can also cancel classes through the app.

If a class is full, we highly recommend getting on the wait list. If someone cancels, and you are  the next person on the wait list, you will automatically be booked into the class, and you will receive and email about it.
